WELCOME TO THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN HALIBUT FISHING
The World Championship in Halibut Fishing is not only a fishing competition. Our goal is to contribute to everyone having a good time in Havøysund during the days of the festival. Below you can see what’s happening in the championship and on the festival grounds day by day.
THURSDAY AUGUST 31st:

Quiz walk for children. Take a walk around Havøysund and aswer questions along the way. Question sheets can be picked up and handed in at Kroa and in the festival tent. Question sheets must be handed in at the festival tent by Saturday at 12.00. Winners are announced during the award ceremony after the Children's Fishing competiotion on Saturday

FRIDAY AUGUST 1st:

Buffét from Villmarkskokken. All contestants have a ticket to the buffét included in the competition fee.
