The World Championship in Halibut Fishing is a festival located in Havøysund celebrating halibut fishing and local fishing culture. In the daytime it's all about the competition, and in the evenings we throw a huge party with live Music. For the past 4 years pro anglers, commercial fishermen and amateurs meet in Havøysund for the worlds biggest halibut fishing competition.
